Albion Central School District is pleased to announce three of its student athletes were nominated as 2023-24 ADPRO Sports Section VI All-Western New York (WNY) Scholar Athletes.
Senior student-athlete Finnegan McCue has been named a 2023-24 ADPRO Sports Section VI All-WNY Scholar Athlete for the fall season.
In order to qualify, students must have a grade-point average of 90 or above for the previous six semesters and be a starter or significant contributor in their sport in order to be eligible for the award. The scholar-athlete team is open to seniors from both public and private schools across Section VI.
Additionally, Liana Flugel and Lucy Rivers have both been recognized as Honorable Mentions for their commitment to the Girls Volleyball and Girls Soccer Teams, respectively.
Each of these student athletes was nominated by their coaches in recognition of their dedication and hard work this season.
