A Building Condition Survey is a visual inspection carried out by qualified chartered building surveyors to provide objective information about the physical, mechanical and electrical condition of our buildings. The survey is a comprehensive report containing a list of defects, photo, building plan and recommendation of rectification work. The survey provides information on potential risks for investment, any potential high-cost repairs, level of future maintenance costs. These reports provide the foundation for all of our Capital Improvement Projects.
