Eighth-graders from Albion's Carl I. Bergerson Middle School organized an anti-drug lock-in for their sixth-grade peers last week.
On Friday, Dec. 13, students from Mr. Pat Uveino's eighth-grade Enrichment Health Class hosted the "All Hands in Against Drugs" lock-in event. In preparation for the event, the students visited 6th-grade home bases where they presented information on certain drugs. The lock in was capped off with a fun and energetic dodge ball game.
“My eighth-grade enrichment students did a tremendous job preparing, organizing and running the lock-in,” Mr. Uvenio said.
