Each year, the building goals are based on district goals set by the Board of Education for each academic year.  

Building Goal #1 -Reading:
By June 2025, Albion Middle School students will meet or exceed the expected student growth percentile beyond national norms (35%-65%) as measured by the STAR Assessment.

Building Goal #2 - Writing:
By June 2025, the Albion Middle School will increase the percentage of students receiving full credit on two-point questions based on NYS ELA writing benchmarks.

Building Goal #3 - Social Emotional Learning:
Albion Middle School will begin implementation of Leader In Me by completing the following throughout the 2024-25 school year:

• Survey (staff, students, parents)

• Establish a Lighthouse Team

• Training Implementation

• Action plan Established

• Core One Training
