Welcome to the Albion Middle School Library! 

My name is Mrs. DeBoard. I am the Middle School Librarian since Fall 2021! I am so excited to get to know the students and be a part of the Albion family.

About Me: I graduated from the University of Buffalo with my MS in School Librarianship in 2020. I am married and have two step-daughters and a one year old son. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, and watching the Buffalo Bills! 

The mission of the Albion Middle School Library is to provide students and teachers with a variety of resources needed to meet recreational and informational needs. We strive to make the Library a warm, welcoming, and dynamic learning environment for all students.

Our Library goals are:

1. Develop information literacy and critical thinking skills,

2. Foster a lifelong love of reading,

3. Provide instructional support to teaching staff
