Special Education
In keeping with the Albion Central School District's philosophy
of nurturing an inclusive learning community where all children
are challenged to reach their maximum potential, a wide variety
of special education programs are offered to best meet the varied
individual needs of our students. It is the expectation of the district
that the Committee on Special Education will offer the most appropriate
program for each identified child within the least restrictive learning
environment. A multitude of programs and services are available
to meet our diverse student needs.
For all special education questions, please call 585-589-2057.
Mr. Kim Houserman is chairperson for the Committee on Special Education
(CSE). Mary Leto is the chairperson for the Committee on Preschool
Special Education (CPSE).
